“David Roberts’ human spirit and contribution to 21st Century Learning & Skills in Canada is unparalleled.” Says Robert Martellacci Co-Founder & President,  C21 Canada.

David Roberts has quite simply been a “21st Century” leader well ahead of his time for over 4  decades. As New Brunswick’s Assistant Deputy Minister and over 30 years of experience in the New Brunswick public service as a teacher, administrator and “civic entrepreneur”. He was a founding member of the New Brunswick Information Highway and the co-creator of Canada’s Community Access Network (CAP). David co-founded C21 Canada in November 2012 with a vision to transform public education to 21st Century models of learning powered by digital technology. One of his proudest achievements was the founding of the CEO Academy – a network of leading-edge public school district directors and superintendents coming together to synergize and empower 21st Century leadership across the country.

Director Laura Elliott of the Thames Valley District School Board says it best: ‘David Roberts provides the highest level of support and advocacy to educators and businesses to infuse 21st century learning into all aspects of programming for Canadian students. He is relentless in his pursuit of excellence in establishing the vision of implementing world class innovative educational programs and services to ensure that our students are able to compete locally and globally. As a founding member of C21, It has been an honour to work with, and learn from David.’
